In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

• 2 years of previous experience in sales of services from which 1 + years previous experience in HR services;
• Demonstrated success in direct-sourcing and prospecting of new clients;
• Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PPT;
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills;
• Strong work ethic;
• Willing to learn and improve;
• Thorough understanding of various products of HR field, especially Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Assessment Centers, Engagement.
• Initiative, solution oriented, creative approach, drive for success
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills.

Responsabilitati

• The salesperson will be responsible for all sales activities: lead generation proposal writing, product demonstration, closing and account management;
• Development of existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities;
• Development and implementation of Sales Plan to meet business objective;
• Develop and execute sales campaigns in conjunction with others.
