    Responsibilities
    Recruitment Support:

    • Job posting using agreed sourcing channels;
    • Upload of applicants' CVs in SuccessFactors / SF and creation of applicant form in SF;
    • Interviews scheduling and sending of rejection letters to non-accepted candidates.
    Staffing Support
    • Update and handling of all information received by email / phone / face to face meetings;
    • Follow up of the employee entries / departures/ leave of absence for staffing purposes;
    • Meetings with teams for staffing updates;
    • Reconcile forcasted and actual data;
    • Reports on jobs to optimize staffing during summer periods;
    • Reports on forecast summer vacations in order to optimize summer forecast staffing.
      Requirements
    • 1 year of previous experience in an administrative/back office role;
    • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools;
    • Advanced English and French language skills;
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
