 University degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication;
 Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, responsibility;
 Strong communication skills (both Romanian and English);
 Ability to communicate and cooperate with the senior management;
 Ability to create, edit and compose written materials or scrips for marketing campaigns;
 Good skills in Power Point;
 Aware of communication principles, media and marketing techniques.

 Develops and implements marketing campaigns in different environments (outdoor, local media, radio, digital channels, etc.);
 Keeps the connection with the Marketing suppliers for implementing the ongoing campaigns;
 Checks and validates all tests, slogans and other materials for the marketing campaigns or press releases;
 Ensures the maintenance and update of the banks web-page in terms of texts or other promotional materials;
 Promotes the banks image through various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)  Monitors the press releases about the bank;
 Participates in organizing fairs or other events in which the bank participates;
 Keeps the connection with ProCredit Holding for all necessary approvals and support in terms of marketing activities.
