• Studii superioare terminate în domeniul IT (informatică, automatizări, calculatoare);
• Cunoştinţe profesionale/experienţă în cel puţin una din tehnologiile de mai jos:
- SQL (Oracle PL/SQL este un plus )
- Programare Java
- Programare WEB (JPS/JS/HTML )
• Cunoştinţe profesionale obligatorii:
- Microsoft Office
- Cunoştinţe bune de operare pt cel puţin unul din sistemele de operare : Microsoft Windows, LINUX, AIX.
• persoană dinamică, atitudine proactivă, abilităţi de comunicare;
• dornic să lucreze într-o atmosfera competitivă;
• seriozitate, abilităţi tehnice;
• dornic de a învăţa şi de a se dezvolta.

- asigură primul nivel de suport (diagnosticare problem + remediere temporară/permanentă a problemei) pentru proiectele aflate în service sau garanţie;
- implementează funcţionalităţile noi pentru proiectele aflate în service/ în garanţie;
- asigură operaţiuni de instalare, mentenanţă, investigare şi verificare preventivă;
- posibilitatea deplasării 'on-site' în cazul în care este necesară punerea în funcţiune a noilor funcţionalităţi;
- limba franceză nivel avansat, limba engleză nivel mediu, limba germana constituie un avantaj;
- disponibilitatea de a lucre în afara orelor de program, în cazul apariţiei unor probleme.
