The Microsoft Global Technical Support Centre in Bucharest provides technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Developer customers. The centre is part of the company’s global support operation and is staffed by highly skilled technical specialists in enterprise platform, business and developer applications.

Requirements
Requirements:
Graduations on informatics
2+ years system engineer and/or advisory experience;
Practice in technical advice, deployment projects, and experience in presenting of solutions;
deep technical knowledge of Windows Intune or Lync, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint or Dynamics NAV/AX -based solutions;
excellent German and English language skills which are required for daily use;
commitment to Microsoft technologies and products;
customer orientation and advanced problem-solving skills;
Those who have Microsoft certifications, or have knowledge of other manufacturers’ similar products have an advantage during the selection phase.

Global Partner Services is an experienced team of Microsoft specialists, delivering unique services and solutions for Partners as part of the Microsoft Partner Program. If you want to be part of a team helping out our Partners to be more efficient and extend their knowledge in the partner ecosystem then we are looking for you! Part of Microsoft Global Support Operations the center is located in Bucharest and is staffed by highly skilled technical specialists.

Partner Technical Consultant - Global Partner Services Division
Our new colleague’s primary function is to help within the Microsoft Partner Network Silver and Gold competency partners in learning new solutions faster and with his/her technical advice in successful selling as well as an advisor to support deployment and development projects. His/her work covers partners in Germany, the German speaking area of Switzerland and Austria. With his/her wide range of technological knowledge and the technical readiness level he/she helps technical and marketing team members of our partners to be ready to the latest Microsoft solutions. Primary focus: Exchange, SharePoint or Dynamics NAV/AX. The Partner Technical Consultant is part of an international consultant team and reports to the German team manager.
Responsibilities:
Presenting technical options, solutions (mainly in Windows Intune or Lync, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint or Dynamics NAV/AX) and services (cloud computing) for Microsoft Silver and Gold Competency Partners in in Germany, the German speaking area of Switzerland and Austria;
Delivering webinars in German languages;
Proactively participating in development of solutions which meet most of the clients' needs and showing demos to partners in case it is needed; helping partners for successful sales and implementation projects.
With his/her professional attitude providing our partners the highest level of professional support and partner satisfaction;
Continuously contacting the partners, only over the phone and by e-mail, or by using Live Meeting technology.
