Experience in data analysis, statistics, data extraction;
Experience performing exploratory and explanatory data analysis and model development using data analysis tools (SPSS, R, etc.);
Proven ability to understand and document results, including the use of trend analysis;
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and SQL (preferably MS SQL Server Management Studio);
English – at least medium level;
Good knowledge of a management information system (preferably IBM Cognos)
Creativity, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills
Very good organizing abilities, attention to details, initiative
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing, to a wide array of people coming from different areas and with different background.

Analyze the company operations in order to propose solution or getting processes running as automatic as possible;
Performs feasibility analysis of the proposed solutions/ opportunities/ alternatives;
Analyze documented systems and workflows of the insurer in order to identify needs and propose improvements;
Analyze data, using analytical tools and techniques in order to identify patterns, trends and best practices;
Synthesize the patterns identified in the company’s portfolio and recommend optimizations changes in company’s processes;
Extract and analyze data from Data Warehouse (DWH), discover patterns and report on trends
Provide statistical analysis and advice to management on company’s portfolio;
Act as a project leader or project member in project optimizations regarding the company’s portfolio
Perform detailed reconciliation of data generated against existing reports and provide supporting data to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data
Offer support in all reporting needs across operational departments; implement automated reports via Cognos for business use;
Train users on how to access, effectively use and interpret generated reports;
Working with IT to develop and use tools to provide efficient, accurate and timely data to relevant users, in order to implement changes in processes and system workflows and data to increase the integrity of the source data
Prepare periodical and ad-hoc l reports, in accordance with business needs
