Accounts Payable - Internship Position

o Student in terminal year(s) of study (preferably)in Accounting;
o Good English language;
o Basic understanding and interest in current trends and practices in vendor’s accounting;
o Proficient in the use of MS Office;
o Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion;
o Communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
o Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of staff and board;
o Pro-active attitude;
o Motivation to learn and develop as professional in accounts payables;

Provides administrative support in the area of Accounting - Accounts Payables, which includes, but is not limited to vendors accounting – monitoring contracts, invoices and performs month closing specific activities.

Specific Duties:

o Assists and supports the Accounts Payables Accountants in daily tasks
o Prepares required documents for invoices posting
o Administrates the vendors contracts database
o Assists in the processes of month end closing.

o 1 day induction about company & internship program
o On-the-job training, in an exciting working enviroment, within a competitive and professional team.

Commitment:

5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: 2 ½ months (July 13th - September 21st)
