Skills:

Fluency in English is a must;
Excellent communication skills;
Flexibility - Responsiveness;
Self motivation ;
Planning and organizing;
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and email;
Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information;
Must be able to adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment;
Ability to be proactive and maintain a common sense approach;
Experience in a similar role would be a plus;
Experience of working in a recruitment environment or in an international environment an advantage;
Ability to multi-task and to deal with stress;

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:

External recruitment agencies point of contact:

• Ensure agencies sign Oracle standard terms and conditions
• Manage their through flow of candidates
• Consolidate and forward CV’s to Recruiters or Hiring managers

Administrative tasks:

• Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
• Manage all internal only applications and roles;
• Updating the recruitment database, Maintain files for candidates: files creation, maintenance and follow up.
• Verifying applications and sending them to the recruiter in charge;
• Schedule candidates for interviews or assessment days;
• Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
• Updating recruiting software;
• Maintain company recruitment websites, post available positions and update regularly;
• Post and update documents on the intranet, blogs and other Web2.0 tools;
• Keep constant interaction and communication with recruiters in other EMEA countries for ad hoc needs;
• Make travel and visas arrangements when necessary;
• General administration functions as requested by the EMEA recruitment team.
