REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree and adequate practical background (2-5 years) on the following topics:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft development environments and technologies (Visual Studio, .NET)
Strong programming skills with C++, C# or VB.Net
Good knowledge of .NET Framework on Assemblies/JIT compilation, Managed Memory Management/Garbage Collector, BCL, Threading
Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory)
Customer-oriented attitude, good communication skills
Fast learner, strong technical and analytical skills, passion for troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must;


Additional skills on one of the following technologies will be considered a significant advantage:

Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
Managed/Unmanaged Interop
Debugging / Creating and analyzing memory Dumps
Team Foundation Server
Programming skills with C/C++ and knowledge of ATL, MFC, Win API
MSI (Windows Installer)
Skills on COM, COM+, DCOM, MSDTC, MSMQ, Biztalk, WebServices, Remoting
A Microsoft certification (MCSE or MCSD) is a plus

JOB PROFILE
Assist our high-profile german-speaking customer base with complex software development challenges in a wide range of technologies, languages and tools around Microsoft Visual Studio. This includes dealing with difficult and critical situations, complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support.
Use both in-breadth and in-depth technology knowledge to provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions, how-to samples and technical information to major customers;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness, expertise and accountability

Work in an international environment, leverage ressources and collaboration within and outside your team to provide world-class support.
