The Microsoft Global Technical Support Centre in Bucharest provides technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Developer customers. The centre is part of the company’s global support operation and is staffed by highly skilled technical specialists in enterprise platform, business and developer applications.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer focus and Service oriented attitude
Strong team player
Strong knowledge of the following languages, verbal and written:
o German as a second language
o English
Analytical Problem Solving skills
Knowledge of Relational Databases administration and TCP/IP Networking
The following skills would be an advantage:
Knowledge in design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2000, 2005) preferably in a Support Organization or a Large Enterprise
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server concepts like: Relational Databases, Disaster recovery, Query writing & performance, Clustering & HA environment, OLAP & MDX, Replication & Mobility, performance tuning and hardware design, Reporting Services, migrations, Heterogeneous Database environment, and OLEDB & ADO.NET Development.
Knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services and Backup solutions, will be a plus

Responsibilities
JOB PROFILE
Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German OR French speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
