Skill Sets/Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in Contracts or similar activities
Fluency in English is a must
University degree or student in terminal year (desirable financial / economic)
Good verbal and written communications skills
Good computer skills (ex. MS Word, Access, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Oracle, SQL applications are considered an advantage)
Organized and detail oriented
Flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work overtime hours, during weekends and legal holidays
Knowledge of Oracle Business Practices, Migrations, Pricing, Licensing and Revenue Recognition policies
Strong Mathematical aptitude

Support the Sales during the contracting process by performing standard to high complexity migration calculations, based on requests submitted by Sales.
Detailed Responsibilities :
Migration Process:
Migration Analysts role is to act as a partner for Oracle Sales force, in a multicultural environment, by performing high quality migration calculations, in a timely manner as necessary for closing the deals between Oracle and its customers.
Work with Migration Manager or Team Expert to complete the non-standard calculations through various stages of negotiation and revision. This includes an assessment of the Executive Summary and identification of business approval requirements, potential non-standard policies to be applied, potential RevRec implication.
Act as liaison between the Sales Reps, Support Renewals, Collections, Contracts, Business Practices, RevRec, and Order Admin to resolve migration related contractual and business issues, ensuring that all of the necessary approvals have been identified. Provide adhoc advice for Sales.
Peers Review:
Validate migration calculations and ULAs for accuracy and compliance with Oracle's Business Practices policies and migration methodologies in place.
Business Knowledge:
Understand and apply current migration, contracts, business practices, pricing, revenue recognition, credit and risk management policies.
