In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

- University degree preferable in Economics
- Great potential, related business experience is an advantage
- Macroeconomics Knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Good written and oral interpersonal skills
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Computer Literate

Responsabilitati

- Develop deep understanding of industry, commodities and products
- Participate in monitoring and hedging market risks such as: Forex Risk, Flat Price Risk, Market Exposure and Freight Risk
- Participate in market analysis and margin analysis
- Generate and reconcile a P&L and how to complete and calculate daily margins
- Learn business practices & logistics to support merchants
- Maintain the development of a customer database that will enable accurate management of client (millers / feed mills / poultry farms / pig farms / industry) data
- Provide support to the trading team in achieving the sales goals
- Reporting activity in terms of products sold
- Promote collaboration between relevant departments (Logistics / Forwarding / Operations / Finance dept.)
- Adhere to and behave according to company’s Guiding Principles, policies and procedures.
