Academic Background:
Degrees in Management/Business Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or Operations Research/Math/Statistics

Experience Level:
• We are looking for future leaders in innovation, analytics, problem solving, strategic thinking, systems integration, project management and collaboration;
• Strong leadership skills, communication and priority setting and ability to work effectively with diverse people are required
• Fluency in English
Specific technical mastery will be useful.

Responsabilitati

As a Customer Team Systems Manager (CTSM) : you will be working in a multifunctional team within our commercial department (CBD). The CTSM role is to deliver Business Integration with our customers by systemically changing the way we do business with them. This is achieved via a series of initiatives (projects), each focused on turning information into joint value. .

Responsibilities :
• Contribute to the key business priorities of the customer teams to accelerate our sales growth with the customer.
• Information transparency: drive shopper & store insights via data acquisition to business analysis.
• Deliver business transformations via scalable GBS/IDS and industry solutions.
• Increase CBD effectiveness in delivering our joint business plans.
• Collaborate within the regional CTSM network to leverage best practices and reapply solutions to build capability.
