This is an experienced managerial position in P&G Urlati Plant. The person will report to the Plant HR Manager.
Employee Relations Manager will lead:
- The deployment & maintenance of employee relations systems (compensation, employee policies, performance management and employee communication).
- The implementation of the Community Relations program.
- The deployment and implementation of the employee communication strategy.
- The legal labor aspects.
- The salary administration system.
- The deployment and implementation of all other employee services.
Requirements:
- Mastery in country / labor laws, in specific HR systems.
- Capability building skills: the person needs to have good teaching and communication skills and a keen interest to transfer knowledge to other people.
- The individual needs to be able to set direction and priorities and communicate them clearly and consistently.
- People development experience.
- Emotional intelligence: the person needs to have a high level of emotional intelligence to be able to understand people's motivations and differing points of view.
- Principle based approach.
