Cerinte

- Previous work experience is considered an advantage;

- Team spirit;

- Good interpersonal skills are critical;

- Able to prioritize tasks;

- Able to maintain composure under pressure;

- Sense of responsibility and attention to details;

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Very good command of English is a must.

Responsabilitati

- Answer & redirect internal and external phone calls;

- Administrate incoming and outgoing faxes;

- Administrate the relationship with the couriers;

- Receive, sort and distribute the correspondence, newspapers and professional magazines within the office;

- Greet visitors & customers and manage the scheduling of meeting rooms as per firm’s policy;

- Offer support to colleagues in admin activities.

- Flexible working hours, 6 hours/day, Monday-Friday, in morning or evening shifts (8:00-14:00 or 14:00-20:00);
