In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

We are hiring for one of our clients, important multinational company.

• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Strong numerical background is essential
• Computer literate (Excel knowledge at advanced level)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Self motivated and able to plan and take responsibility for his/her area of work

Responsabilitati

• Process invoices in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreement and allocated tasks
• Assess, review and interpret the information to identify any issues in the end market
• Assist when necessary in monthly collation/preparation of the Accounts Payable reports
• Process accurately and on a timely basis the expense claims from employees employed by the designated company's end market.
• Support the Manager/Supervisor with any ad-hoc activities, such as delivering complex work requirements
