In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Cerinte

• 2 years experience in a customer facing environment.
• Good business understanding/acumen.
• English + Greek and / or Turkish skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written & spoken.
• Good analytical skills.
• Extensive problem solving skills.
• Ability to draw actionable conclusions.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel).
• Ability to communicate and interact at all org levels.
• Proven process management skills.
• Siebel knowledge.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to manage interpersonal relationships.
• Good team worker.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsabilitati

•Work with country generalist on the analysis of MDF spend with recommendations for investment
•Co-ordinate market development fund planning and approvals
•Monitor claiming & payment status & escalate missing claims/documents to Partner/PSS (where local language support is required over and above generic approach from GBS MDF team)
•Assist GBS Bangalore/partner/PSS to solve claiming/payment issues
•Train stakeholders/partners on MDF process
•Escalation support interface for GBS/partners/account mangers/CSSO on MDF execution related topics
•Maintenance of mdf information on Smart Portal
•Localization of mdf related documents & communications
