In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Cerinte
Essential:
- Excellent in Win2000/Win2003
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years practical experience in Windows200x administration
- Exceptional communications skills (to HP end customer), both verbal and written
- Experience in leading and coaching working groups and team meetings in a multi-cultural environment
- Practical experience in Project Management
- Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Team player
- Service oriented behaviour and communication to internal and external contacts
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- Good understanding of high availability environments, MS cluster knowledge
- Experience in Backup environments and knowledge in HP Dataprotector,
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer
Responsabilitati
The Windows Technical Owner focuses on continuous operations, project and change management of the Windows operating systems of several severs. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He/she works in close relationship with the Delivery Lead, who coordinates all the actions for the customer.
The Technical Owner main responsibilities are:
- to work on complex incidents,
- identify and solve problems,
- all change management in the environments under his/her responsibility
- define and execute work orders to implement changes,
- customer contact on the projects/tasks he/she is responsible for,
- provide consulting,
- implementation and system management,
- availability and capacity management.
To fulfil these tasks, regular standby and weekend work is expected.

- This position is based in Slovakia - Bratislava, relocation on your own costs will be needed
- Start date agreetable
- Contract permanent with 3 months of probation period
- Full time position
- Working time: standard office hours, no shifts, however regular standby will be expected
- Salary offered: will be agreed based on candidate`s experience
