In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Cerinte

- Economical background; graduates or students in terminal years;
- Advanced written and spoken English and Dutch skills; any other language is a big plus
- Customer oriented;
- MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel, Word);
- Numbers abilities;
- Well organized, self-dependent, flexible person, able to exercise independent judgment, proactive;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Exposure to SAP will be considered a strong plus.

Responsabilitati

Through understanding of the HP project business, the Project Controller will provide financial and administrative support to HP Managed Services Management, Project Managers and other customers, as requested.
Serve as a focal point within the organization to track the details of these projects, following HP policies and processes.
The Project Controller is also responsible for order booking, project tracking, month end closing, management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality);
- Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking);
- Maintaining and tracking project financial;
- Sales order booking;
- 3rd party purchasing process;
- Invoicing;
- Financial reports analysis;
- Forecasting, reporting - data preparation;
- Participation in teleconferences regarding project status meetings;
- Check and validate labor entries that have been posted to the project;
- Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies.
