Responsabilitati

1. Driving operational excellence

- Forecasts sales & financial data for global retailers using a qualitative and quantitative approach;
- Tracks global retailers for news, insights and reporting the same to the client;
- Develops standardized financial models for key retailers;
- Develops detailed knowledge on key retail markets, channels, and retailers;
- Makes on-field visits to retail stores and writing store visit summary reports highlighting the key aspects, such as Shopper analysis, marketing & promotion, merchandizing, store layout and design, etc.

2. Quality Assurance
- Functions as per QMS procedures;
- Performs Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines;
- Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned;
- Identifies areas for improvement in processes & informs the management to obtain approval to implement change.


3. Other
- Is responsible to learn and comply with legal requirements with regards to work safety and security and fire safety;
- Is responsible for accomplishment of duties regarding work safety and security and fire safety as defined by authorised persons;
- Is obliged to respect all internal regulations and policies;
- Performs any other reasonable tasks that are needed for process excellence.
