Cerinte
Bachelors degree (or geography equivalent) Business or technology preferred;
Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times;
Fluency in English;
3+ years of Outsourcing experience preferably in process management and/or service delivery operations;
Strong communication and organization skills;
Experience in Service Management processes and reporting on SLA metrics;
Project coordination experience;
Process design experience.
Responsabilitati
Required to make a variety of decisions;
Provides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimal referral to senior management;
Operations largely independently in meeting business objectives in meeting defined business objectives and goals;
Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of group/resources;
Manages effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility and builds client relationships in wider group or unit;
Optimizes the contribution of group members through coaching, counseling, and mentoring activities;
Liaises with Service Management Process Owners for Capability, Governance, Change, Issues, Satisfaction Surveys and Reporting.
