Responsabilitati
To develop product category image, turnover and profitability in the trade.
Define LOreal strategy on one or more Health&Beauty categories, and convey it to the trade, through strong relationships with local distributors
Analyse and anticipate market evolution; identify growth levers for each category and each customer
Make recommendations and influence the trade in its category management decisions: assortment, space allocation, merchandising, stores design and valorization
Develop category partnerships with the trade, coordinate projects, follow up and set up corrective actions
Build a successful and efficient organization
Recruit, develop and manage teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and change management
