Cerinte

- A high technical degree at Masters level or equivalent (industrial engineer, management of technology). The combination of engineering with a specialisation in business is particularly valued
- A business related experience (through dual /degree technical+business or internships or jobs)
- Fluency in English and in at least one other European language (Dutch, German, Spanish, French are more than an asset)
- European mobility is key
- Proven international studies or working experience

Responsabilitati

Join BP’s prestigious Eurograduate programme and you’ll be expected to take up three diverse placements, in different business functions and in two or three countries over a five-year period. Starting with a position outside your home country, you will gain instant exposure to a wide range of commercial activities. Opportunities exist in our Refining and Marketing segment (in Lubricants, Aromatics & Acetyls, Global Fuels and Convenience Retail). Placements are unique and individual, based on your skills and interests, balanced with our business needs. Past Eurograduates have carried out roles including : refinery production, planner, crude oil refinery trader, retail business manager, bunker sales officer Marine, territory retail manager, market place planner, fuels business analyst, business development manager, risk management manager.

The next assessment centre will take place on 7th and 8th October 2010 in Brussels.
