• Citrix Web Interface Configuration , secure Gateway
• Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• Efficient communication skills (listen, write, oral) – English is mandatory
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for the job and desire to learn
• Available to work on a night schedule (6 pm to 3 am Mo-Fr)

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities include providing mid- to high-tier Intel Citrix support to a large healthcare environment for one of our US-based customers.
