Careers International organises unique, invitation-only Career Events at which top international employers meet and interview high potential graduates and professionals for a wide variety of international positions.

Cerinte

- A Master’s degree, with excellent academic record;
- Minimum of three years of marketing experience, with proven track record in an international environment, this can be in an up‐or downstream role;
- Outside‐in approach and ability to turn insights into profitable business;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and to use internal & external recourses to maximize the value for the company and its customers;
- Ability to influence, deliver results by motivating and inspiring those around you;
- Strong market driven orientation;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Hands‐on mentality;
- Ambitious, driven, with a true passion for success;
- Customer facing experience is a plus;
- Fluent in English and preferably other languages.

Responsabilitati

During the Global Marketing Talent Event, you will need to demonstrate a unique combination of analytical and interpersonal skills, since finding the solution to tricky business issues is only part of the equation.
Whether you are working as a team member or team leader, you will need to be able to persuade others and influence decisions.
